  • 1.准备2片戚风蛋糕;
  • 2.马斯卡彭、蛋黄、绵白糖、奶油倒在一起;
  • 3.隔水加热成无颗粒的奶酪糊;
  • 4.蛋白打到湿性发泡;
  • 5.将蛋白倒入奶酪糊拌匀,成慕斯馅;
  • 6.鱼胶粉加牛奶浸湿后隔水加热融化,倒入慕斯馅拌匀;
  • 7.取一片戚风蛋糕放入蛋糕模,排列草莓;
  • 8.倒入慕斯馅,盖住草莓即可;
  • 9.盖上另一片戚风蛋糕;
  • 10.倒入剩余慕斯馅后放入冰箱冷藏;
  • 11.脱模;
