自制猪油
今天经过市场,刚好见到有猪板油卖,就买了500克,自己试做了一下猪油,超香的。

Steps to make 自制猪油

  • 1.猪油切洗干净放水中泡半天,用厨房纸把水分吸干。
  • 2.切小块。
  • 3.放入锅中大火熬。
  • 4.熬到猪板油慢慢变小后,改为中小火熬。
  • 5.熬至猪板油变金黄色。
  • 6.金黄的油渣,香香脆脆的,炒菜超正。不过不要多吃,哈。
  • 7.新鲜做好的猪油。
  • 8.猪油稍凉后装入碗子中,放入冰箱冷藏着。
  • 9.冷藏后的猪油,白白的。
