芒果酸奶慕斯
夏天到了奶油蛋糕太腻,来一款慕斯蛋糕清爽美味,入口即化的口感太适合炎热的夏天啦~

  • 淡奶油100克
  • 酸奶120克
  • 消化饼干90克
  • 吉利丁片3.5条
  • 20克
  • 橙汁80克

Steps to make 芒果酸奶慕斯

  • 1.先来个合照~
  • 2.三片吉利丁片用冰水泡软,控去碗里的水放入锅里隔水加热成液体!
  • 3.芒果用料理机打成芒果泥。倒入吉利丁液拌匀放冰箱冷藏备用
  • 4.黄油放入碗里喝水加热成液体
  • 5.消化饼干用料理机打碎成粉状
  • 6.液体黄油和消化饼干拌匀
  • 7.慕斯模下面垫油纸,混合好的消化饼干倒入慕斯模用勺子压实
  • 8.淡奶油加20克糖打至浓稠可流动状
  • 9.把120克酸奶和冷藏的芒果泥混合均匀
  • 10.倒入淡奶油继续混合均匀~慕斯糊做好啦
  • 11.做好的慕斯糊倒入模具~盖好盖子放冰箱冷藏4小时,倒慕斯糊时稍留一点不要太满后面做镜面。
  • 12.镜面:半片吉利丁片泡软后加热融化,加80克橙汁拌匀!
  • 13.待橙汁液晾凉后倒入慕斯模,这次可倒满。继续冷藏两小时左右即可~我是冷藏了一晚上第二天吃的!
  • 14.冷藏好的慕斯已经凝固成型,拿出后用拧干的热毛巾在模具外捂一下即可轻松脱模~大功告成啦~
