  • 1.主要食材:鸡胸肉、芽菜、青尖椒、干辣椒、豆瓣酱、葱姜蒜
  • 2.青红尖椒切小圈,葱姜蒜分别切细细的末,豆瓣酱粗粗剁成末。
  • 3.鸡胸肉先片成片,改刀切成小粒
  • 4.切好的鸡胸肉放入碗中,加入少许食盐、胡椒粉、料酒、淀粉。
  • 5.加入调料后的鸡胸肉抓匀腌渍几分钟
  • 6.锅中放宽油,放入腌渍好的鸡胸肉滑炒。
  • 7.鸡胸肉滑炒至变色盛出备用
  • 8.锅中留油,放入葱姜蒜末、豆瓣酱煸炒
  • 9.翻炒至豆瓣酱出红油。
  • 10.放入芽菜炒1-2分钟直至炒出香味
  • 11.芽菜翻炒出香味后,加入滑好的鸡米和青尖椒圈
  • 12.快速翻炒均匀,加入1/2茶匙白糖和1茶匙酱油
  • 13.快速翻炒均匀即可关火。
  • 14.咸香微辣,下饭拌面都是极好的。
