Steps to make 豆腐蒸黄鱼

  • 1.老豆腐洗干净
  • 2.老豆腐切块
  • 3.老豆腐装盘
  • 4.修整老豆腐的大小
  • 5.用刀从大黄鱼尾部开始切,取下半边鱼肉
  • 6.切到头部时把鱼头竖起,对切
  • 7.切好的大黄鱼抹少许盐和料酒腌制片刻
  • 8.黄鱼半边切段
  • 9.切段后放在老豆腐上
  • 10.两边黄鱼都切段,放在老豆腐上
  • 11.切彩椒丝
  • 12.鱼中间先放入姜丝,在姜丝上再放上彩椒丝
  • 13.盘中倒入少许料酒,把黄鱼放入蒸锅蒸,蒸到接近熟还未熟时,撒上葱花,继续蒸
  • 14.蒸熟后淋上蒸鱼豉油(还可以淋上热油,我这里没有淋),就可以开始吃啦,真的非常鲜
