自己家种的白菜太多吃不完,除了送了部分给朋友之外还剩下不少,放冰箱太久就不新鲜,暂时又吃不着怎么办?就用白菜做盒子!做好之后为菜谱煎了四个剩下的就放冰柜里储存起来,这真是一个不错的解决方法!

Steps to make 白菜盒子

  • 1.食材:白菜、面粉、猪肉、姜、蒜、葱。
  • 2.先用热水面团揉搓出来,让它醒一会。
  • 3.猪肉切小粒用生粉、十三香、生抽、芝麻油腌制。
  • 4.再将焯水后切粒的白菜加入搅拌。
  • 5.最后把切好的姜蒜葱全部倒入搅拌均匀,调入少许喜马拉雅盐,盒子馅就准备好可以开始所盒子了。
  • 6.用面团做好剂子擀好皮。
  • 7.如图步骤做成了盒子。
  • 8.烧热锅倒入适量蔬菜油,放入盒子大火煎片刻。
  • 9.注入适量清水,盖上锅盖转小火。
  • 10.将两面煎至金黄色即可。
