五香卤鸭

Steps to make 五香卤鸭

  • 1.鸭子用盐、五香粉、胡椒粉,里里外外涂抹均匀,入味一至两天(可放冰箱储存)。
  • 2.准备大料、姜、蒜、冰糖。
  • 3.大锅里放入大料、姜、蒜、干辣椒,倒入酱油、老抽、料酒、冰糖,再加入适量的清水,先煮20分钟,熬出香味。
  • 4.把鸭子整只放入锅内,卤一个小时(视鸭子大小控制时间)。
  • 5.中途多翻几次面,让鸭肉更好的入味。
  • 6.时间到后关火,继续放锅里浸泡半个小时。
  • 7.捞出放凉。
  • 8.斩件装盘。
  • 9.成品。
