花样牛排
嫩肩牛排略带一点肥肉,煎到7分熟,口感刚刚好。搭配上用粗粒芥末酱、蚝油等小料调味的菜花、蒜薹,别具一番风味。这是一道瘦身菜,也是一道开胃菜。

Steps to make 花样牛排

  • 1.材料大合影:牛排提前取出化冻,长杆菜花、蒜薹、小西红柿清洗干净;调料准备好;如果有大蒜,拍碎后放入蔬菜中使用更添浓香。
  • 2.蒜薹切寸段,菜花分成小朵。
  • 3.将小西柿同入菜盆中,根据口味加入适量蚝油、橄榄油、盐、黑胡椒碎、粗粒芥末酱;黄油提前隔水融化后倒入菜中。
  • 4.充分搅拌均匀,平铺在烤盘中;此时烤箱开始预热200度。
  • 5.烤箱预热时可将在解冻好的牛排上抹少许橄榄油、盐、黑胡椒碎,两面都抹,腌制5分钟即可。
  • 6.将菜花等送入预热好的烤箱中层。
  • 7.上下火200度,烤5-8分钟,我用的“蒸烤”功能,比“烘烤”功能烤出来的口感要湿嫩脆。
  • 8.烤菜的同时来煎牛排:平底煎锅大火加热,倒少许橄榄油,将牛排两面各煎40秒,四周也立起来煎一下,将汁水锁住。
  • 9.烤好的蔬菜红的红,绿的绿,散发着粗粒芥末酱的独特香味。
  • 10.烤好的牛排静置2分钟再切割,7熟,刚刚好;装盘,再研磨少许黑胡椒和海盐在牛排上,享用吧!
  • 11.花样牛排,菜香肉嫩,别具风味!
