  • 1.川贝捣碎,我装在袋内用刀捣碎的。
  • 2.把梨顶部切开,用勺子挖去心。
  • 3.放入捣碎的川贝。
  • 4.放入冰糖。
  • 5.加入少许白开水,不用太满。
  • 6.把梨放入碗内,用牙签固定好。
  • 7.上锅蒸,大火烧开后改小火40分钟。
  • 8.关火后再焖15-20分钟后拿出吃。
