咖喱在东南亚及南亚诸多国家的食谱中是不可或缺的作料。最近美国研究人员又发现咖喱的新用途——可以防癌。
据印度亚洲通讯社近日报道,美国芝加哥洛约拉大学医学中心的研究人员发现,咖喱中含有一种姜黄色素的化学物质,可以阻止癌细胞增殖,对预防癌症、特别是白血病效果明显。另外,姜黄色素还可以消除吸烟和加工食品对身体产生的有害作用。研究还发现,咖喱中含的其他成分孜然芹和胡荽等物质对心脏有益。

    Steps to make 咖喱牛肉汤

    • 1.牛肉洗净后清水浸泡1小时,出血水。土豆切块待用。
    • 2.牛肉入水锅沸煮,撇去血沫。继续煮2小时。
    • 3.取出牛肉,改刀后继续文火炖煮。
    • 4.土豆去皮,切滚刀块,下入牛肉汤锅。
    • 5.加入黄咖喱粉,将牛肉煮至酥烂。
    • 6.香菜洗净、切碎。牛肉汤调味,撒入香菜碎即可
