  • 1.准备:文昌鸡。
  • 2.锅里添加水加姜片烧开,放入文昌鸡浸熟约45分钟。
  • 3.浸熟透的鸡取出来稍微放凉。
  • 4.先准备配料:蒜末,洋葱丝,香菜,花生米。
  • 5.把撕好的鸡肉(忘了拍照)和配料放在一起,添加花生油,生抽,蚝油。
  • 6.捞均匀(拌均匀)。
  • 7.再放花生米在表面即可。
