八宝梨罐

Steps to make 八宝梨罐

  • 1.糯米洗净,上蒸锅蒸熟备用;
  • 2.葡萄干和枸杞子用热水烫过备用;
  • 3.大枣去核取肉切碎,核桃仁掰碎,桂圆肉切碎,一起入开水锅中汆烫1分钟,盛出沥干水分备用;
  • 4.莲子煮熟备用;
  • 5.将所有处理好的配料加入蒸熟的糯米中拌匀;
  • 6.再加入所有调料,拌匀;
  • 7.成八宝馅。
  • 8.黄金梨去皮,从有柄的一边切开1/4,用冰激凌勺挖去梨核,并继续挖成罐状;
  • 9.在谈盐水中浸泡5分钟;
  • 10.将八宝馅酿在梨罐中;
  • 11.盖上盖,大火上汽后入蒸锅蒸7、8分钟即可。
  • 12.取出梨罐,摆盘后浇上桂花酱(分量外)或蜂蜜即可。
