日式鲜虾饭团
【酷客壹佰】的活动已经接近尾声了,我的酷客之旅也即将结束,还有不少想法留着以后向大家展示吧~~~

此款饭团主要是体现它的鲜味,所以无需添加过多调料,除了【酷客壹佰】烤肉料以外,我只加了一点盐和鸡精调味,非常鲜美有营养,而且携带方便适合当便当。

做这个饭团米饭要稍微硬一些,太软的米饭很黏,不易整形。由于米饭有粘性,整形时最好带一次性塑料手套有利于操作也卫生。如果没有可以在手上抹一点色拉油。

    Steps to make 日式鲜虾饭团

    • 1.虾仁洗净去肠泥。
    • 2.剁成虾蓉。
    • 3.加入【酷客壹佰】烤肉料拌均。
    • 4.腌制10分钟。
    • 5.胡萝卜用磨蓉器磨成蓉,海苔剪碎。
    • 6.将胡萝卜蓉、碎海苔与腌制好的虾蓉混合,加入盐和鸡精拌均。
    • 7.加入米饭。
    • 8.拌均...。
    • 9.整成鹅卵型。(这个依个人心情随意整成任何形状)。
    • 10.(请根据自家烤箱脾气调整时间和温度)烤箱提前预热,175度加热风循环功能,8分钟。烤好后在饭团上裹一条海苔即可。
