在冰箱中冰镇的凉爽苦瓜,吃上一口,甜中带着微苦,慢慢却会有苦尽甘来的感觉。

  • 枸杞15粒
  • 蜂蜜8克
  • 白糖8克
  • 凉白开40克

  • 1.准备好食材,枸杞用清水浸泡备用。
  • 2.苦瓜洗净泡开,把中间的瓤子去除干净再洗净备用。
  • 3.把苦瓜切斜刀片成薄片。
  • 4.锅中烧开水加入少许盐和色拉油,倒入苦瓜焯烫捞出过凉。
  • 5.取一个碗加入蜂蜜。
  • 6.再加入白糖。
  • 7.加入4倍的凉白开。
  • 8.搅拌至糖融化。
  • 9.加入沥干水分的苦瓜和泡好的枸杞。
  • 10.拌均匀后包上保鲜膜放入冰箱冷藏1个小时即可。
