凉拌花甲
花甲的功效与作用
花甲属于钡类食物,味道鲜美,营养丰富,热量较低,含有丰富的蛋白质,维生素以及矿物质元素。有滋阴润燥,利尿,消肿化痰的功效。
花甲可以降低胆固醇在肝脏的合成,可以有效的预防动脉粥样硬化。对于高血脂,高血压患者有辅助治疗。钙磷含量也比较丰富,有助于补充钙质,预防骨质疏松。含有丰富的维生素AB,可以治疗维生素ab缺乏的患者,对有脚气病,神经性皮炎,口腔溃疡,夜盲症等人群,有较好的辅助治疗作用。
炎炎夏日,来个凉拌花甲,酸辣开胃,好吃又下酒。

  • 花甲2000g
  • 柠檬1个
  • 香菜5颗
  • 蒜米4个
  • 小米辣16个
  • 1块
  • 纯净水500g
  • 酱油3勺
  • 蚝油1勺
  • 白糖1勺
  • 米醋3勺
  • 料酒1勺

Steps to make 凉拌花甲

  • 1.花放入水中加盐,油,浸泡,让花甲吐沙,中途可以换几次水清洗干净。
  • 2.花甲冷水下锅,放姜,料酒煮开,撇去浮末,煮3-5分钟(煮熟的花甲才可以很好的杀菌,但是也不要煮太久,影响口感)。
  • 3.把煮熟的花甲过冷河(有冰水口感会更好)。
  • 4.准备调味料:蒜米,小米椒,柠檬,姜粒,香菜。
  • 5.调酱汁:将调味料放入碗里,然后加入:酱油,蚝油,米醋,适量的纯净水,白糖搅拌均匀。(因为蚝油和酱油都有味道,可以不用加盐,但是重口味的也可以加入少许。)
  • 6.将花甲放入调好的酱汁里。
  • 7.搅拌均匀后,盖上盖子,放入冰箱冷藏1个小时,口感会更好哦。
  • 8.酸辣鲜香、滑嫩爽口。
  • 9.冰冰凉凉、酸酸辣辣,开胃下饭又下酒。
