  • 1.普通面粉与玉米面混合(2:1),也可以随意搭配。
  • 2.倒入适量清水活成软硬适中的面团静置二十分钟备用。
  • 3.旱萝卜切去两头洗净。
  • 4.用擦丝器擦成细丝。
  • 5.放入开水锅里面烫二分钟,除去萝卜的臭味。
  • 6.过凉后攥出水分备用。
  • 7.鸡蛋打散炒成九分熟。
  • 8.盛出备用。
  • 9.小红虾洗净切碎。
  • 10.葱姜末切好。
  • 11.所有食材放入小盆里。
  • 12.依据个人口味加调料:盐,鸡精,香油,花椒粉,五香粉,蚝油,生抽,花生油。
  • 13.朝一个方向搅拌均匀备用。
  • 14.面团放少许干面粉揉匀,揪成均匀的剂子,比水饺的剂子大一点点。
  • 15.放入馅料。
  • 16.包好。
  • 17.依次做好所有的饺子。
  • 18.放入垫了油纸的蒸锅里,大火上汽后蒸八分钟关火。
  • 19.开锅啦!
