日式沙拉汁烧秋刀鱼
不会做鱼,拿着这两条秋刀鱼不知道怎么弄。下厨房里搜寻了一圈,看到一个日式做法,感觉简单容易上手,却苦于没有味淋之类的日式料汁。忽然想起手里还有两包丘比的日式沙拉汁,一下子有了主意。直接用这日式沙拉汁,不用自己去调配,岂不更省事?
笨手笨脚把鱼处理好,撒粉煎成金黄,然后加入沙拉汁一同烹饪,最后煮至汤汁浓稠,出锅,撒点芝麻看起来更好看。
小心地夹起一块尝尝,希望没有搞砸掉,居然。。。。味道还不错。。。

  • 1.用料:秋刀鱼2条,丘比日式沙拉汁2包,面粉少许,芝麻少许,油适量

  • 4.锅中倒油,烧热,
  • 5.放入鱼,煎至两面金黄,
  • 6.出锅。
  • 7.另起一锅,放入秋刀鱼和沙拉汁,
  • 8.翻炒,使秋刀鱼均匀地裹上料汁。
  • 9.继续,炒至汤汁浓稠,熄火,
  • 10.出锅装盘,撒上芝麻。
