  • 1.准备所需食材,黑木耳冷水浸泡开
  • 2.瘦肉切细丝放入盐
  • 3.放入一勺半的淀粉,加入20ml左右的清水搅拌至顺滑

  • 5.两勺白糖
  • 6.大半勺淀粉
  • 7.加入一勺生抽
  • 8.少许蔬之鲜,再加入50ml的清水,调匀备用
  • 9.泡发好的黑木耳切细丝,胡萝卜切细丝,老姜大蒜剁末,大葱切小段香葱切段
  • 10.热锅下油,油温六成下花椒
  • 11.八层热下肉丝迅速炒散
  • 12.肉丝变色炒散放入泡椒末
  • 13.再放入豆瓣酱
  • 14.放入老姜大蒜末
  • 15.炒出红油色
  • 16.放入红萝卜丝和黑木耳丝,炒匀
  • 17.倒入汁水勾芡汁
  • 18.芡汁收至七成干放入大葱香葱,稍炒下立即起锅装盘
