  • 1.冻大马哈鱼解冻洗净。
  • 2.马哈鱼切块。
  • 3.葱切末,姜切丝。
  • 4.鱼块加入盐,花椒面,孜然粉,黄酒,葱花,姜丝拌匀后腌渍半小时。
  • 5.腌好的鱼块放玉米淀粉抓勻。
  • 6.起油锅,下鱼块煎。
  • 7.中火煎之鱼块两面金黄。
  • 8.煎好的鱼块再加适量孜然粉。
  • 9.拌匀码盘。
