香松葱花蛋糕
蛋糕好吃,但卡路里很高,早饭吃一块刚刚好。

  • 玉米淀粉50g
  • 细砂糖150g
  • 塔塔粉5g

Steps to make 香松葱花蛋糕

  • 1.将鸡蛋2个,色拉油250g拌匀;
  • 2.将低筋面粉100g,玉米淀粉50g加入(1)中拌均;
  • 3.将剩余鸡蛋进行蛋黄和蛋白分离;将分出的蛋黄加入(2)中拌均,蛋白放入无油无水的器皿打发蛋白,打发蛋白的过程中分次加入细砂糖150g,和塔塔粉5g。
  • 4.将蛋白打至湿性发泡,加入拌均
  • 5.倒入烤盘抹平,表面撒上肉松,和葱花。
  • 6.以上火180度,下火120度烤20-25分钟。(如果烤箱不能分别设置上下火,就将温度设为150度)
  • 7.完成冷却后,以蛋黄酱作为内陷并抹平。蛋糕切长方形条状,两条落在一起,在切成大小适合的块。
