最近被各种食品添加剂的视频真的又打击到我,从面条到面包,再到预制菜无一幸免,想想能安心吃点东西真不容易,吃了外面的枣糕,重油,重糖真不适合我今天这个年纪了,配方从小红书上寻找,把糖和油比例狠狠的减下去,玉米油换成了总统的黄油,就想看看看看自己调理后的配方有多离谱,实践告诉我从口感到香味真的比买来好很多。看来只要时间到位还是可以自己动手。至少不为别的,为了食品安全。

  • 2.去枣核。
  • 3.枣切丁。

  • 6.蛋清分离。
  • 7.把枣泥和蛋黄打发。
  • 8.蛋白和45克糖湿性打发和枣泥打发料混合,上下搅拌均匀。
  • 9.搅拌好的样子。
  • 10.低筋粉,小苏打,泡打粉混合。
  • 11.黄油和糖。
  • 12.黄油加热成液态。
  • 13.粉类筛入搅拌好的枣泥糊里,上下翻的方法搅拌均匀后最后+黄油液上下搅拌均匀。
  • 14.放入活模具,上下160℃,烤50分钟。
  • 15.烤好脱模。
  • 16.切开。
  • 17.成品。
