  • 5.海带泡软,切小块。
  • 6.自制的蜜枣。(不喜欢甜的可不放。)
  • 7.把所以材料放入电压力锅里,放入最高水位的水,选煲汤键开煮。
  • 8.汤好后,撇去肥油。(汤带清甜,不需要放盐。)
  • 9.清甜下火。
