红豆面包(面包机版)
红豆可以煮粥,煮糖水,也可以做进面包里,红豆和面包搭配好吃不腻,红豆是提前煮熟的

  • 鸡蛋50克
  • 牛奶150克
  • 黄油25克
  • 白砂糖50克
  • 糖渍红豆120克
  • 酵母4克

Steps to make 红豆面包(面包机版)

  • 1.准备好做面包的材料和份量
  • 2.除红豆以外所有的材料按照先液体粉末的顺序放入东菱1352B面包机里,启动标准面包程序
  • 3.和面28分后拉一个手套膜
  • 4.面团整理一下,放回面包机发酵
  • 5.发酵完成后面包机简单排气(为了省电,面包机排气后可以关闭面包机电源)
  • 6.把面团取出来挤掉大的气泡,滚圆用保鲜膜盖上松弛15分钟
  • 7.把面团擀成大的面皮
  • 8.面团翻面后放上红豆
  • 9.面皮左右两侧分别像中间折叠,收口处捏紧
  • 10.面团上下两侧像中间折叠,收口捏紧
  • 11.面团收口朝下放进面包桶里
  • 12.面包桶放进面包机里,选择发酵程序,时间42分钟
  • 13.发酵完成,面团发酵到面包桶的8分满,设置面包机烘烤默认中色32分钟(如果发酵不到面包桶的8分满可以选延长发酵,轻按面包机的启动键)
  • 14.面包烤熟后取出放凉
  • 15.面包放凉后,手摸起来有余温用保鲜袋装起来室温保存
