泡胡萝卜娃娃菜
简单的泡菜。晚上泡,第二天即可食用。
主要口味:酸、甜、辣。掌握函这三个字,一切就会轻松自然。酸味来自白醋,甜味来自白糖,辣味我用的印度辣椒,也可用泡山椒和小米椒。

  • 印度辣椒2个

Steps to make 泡胡萝卜娃娃菜

  • 1.娃娃菜去掉老叶,切掉硬根,胡萝卜切寸节,切成薄片。
  • 2.将娃娃菜改刀,与胡萝卜片、姜丝混合码入保鲜盒中。
  • 3.码齐压实。
  • 4.净锅上火,放油烧热,放花椒、印度辣椒炸出香辣味。
  • 5.加入适量开水。
  • 6.再放入盐、白糖、白醋。
  • 7.放少量味精,关火放凉。
  • 8.将放凉的糖醋辣汁倒入保鲜盒中,扣一盘子,将菜完全浸入汤中。
  • 9.盖上盖子,静置一个晚上。
  • 10.泡好的娃娃菜、胡萝卜,酸甜微辣,脆嫩爽口,开胃下饭。
  • 11.成品。
