腐竹木耳拌黄瓜

Steps to make 腐竹木耳拌黄瓜

  • 1.小黄瓜洗干净。
  • 2.切小条。
  • 3.把黄瓜条放碗里,放入半茶匙盐拌匀,腌30分钟,杀出水份。
  • 4.腌过的黄瓜用水冲洗一遍,挤干水份。
  • 5.蒜剁末,葱切葱花。
  • 6.热油锅,把蒜爆出香味。(喜欢生蒜的辛辣味可省略)
  • 7.倒入陈醋,生抽和糖煮开关火。
  • 8.放入葱花拌匀备用。
  • 9.腐竹预先用水泡软,放入开火锅烫一下。(约2-3分钟)
  • 10.把沥水的腐竹放入黄瓜碗里。
  • 11.木耳泡发。
  • 12.放开水锅煮3-5分钟,捞起?
  • 13.把木耳放入碗里。
  • 14.倒入酱汁,淋上芝麻油。
  • 15.拌匀即可。天气热,放冰箱冷藏2小时再吃更佳。
  • 16.清爽开胃。
