健康下午茶:香蕉华夫饼
最近家里华夫饼吃了不少~~~兴许别人家的华夫饼是早餐~~~而我家的华夫饼是下午茶,是晚餐~~~~香香的格子饼,混合鸡蛋与牛奶的香浓,搭配水果~~那真是营养美味又健康~~~
做香蕉味的华夫饼,香蕉要挑选熟透了的~~~~如果挑选的香蕉成熟程度一般,吃起来会有点涩味~~~这个时候用鸡尾酒或者其他果酒浸泡香蕉,它的口感就会很好了。如果是熟透的香蕉,也可加鸡尾酒或其他果酒,中和香蕉的香浓,口感更有层次~~~加了鸡尾酒的华夫饼,又是别种风情~~~
嗯,它比较适合烛光晚餐~~~香蕉令人愉悦,鸡尾酒让人放松~~~

  • 低筋面粉160g
  • 泡打粉2.5ml
  • 细砂糖60g
  • 鸡蛋2个
  • 牛奶200g
  • 香蕉2根
  • 锐澳鸡尾酒175ml
  • 植物油15g

Steps to make 健康下午茶:香蕉华夫饼

  • 1.1根香蕉去皮,捣成香蕉泥;
  • 2.香蕉泥里调入适量鸡尾酒,大概20ml,搅拌均匀;可以中和下香蕉的香浓味,口感也更有层次;
  • 3.另一根香蕉去皮,切片;
  • 4.调入剩下的鸡尾酒;
  • 5.鸡尾酒要漫过香蕉,让香蕉全部浸泡在里面;鸡尾酒的量酌情增减;
  • 6.香蕉泥里称入160g面粉,2.5ml泡打粉,60g细砂糖;
  • 7.再打入两个鸡蛋;
  • 8.倒入200g牛奶;
  • 9.搅拌成顺滑流畅的面糊,无干粉状态即可;
  • 10.三明治机换上华夫饼烤盘,刷上一层植物油;接通电源,预热;
  • 11.预热完成后,倒入面糊;面糊不要贪多,8-9分满即可;面糊不均匀处,用小勺子轻轻推动,使面糊均匀铺在烤盘上,关上机子;
  • 12.等三明治机上的绿色光源闪烁时,观察机子顶部有没有热气冒出。没热气就代表华夫饼好了;揭开机子,就看到色泽诱人的华夫饼了;如果想吃口感外脆内软的华夫饼,可以再多烤一会儿;
  • 13.华夫饼放在盘子里,上面铺上被浸泡过的香蕉片,再搭配其他水果,配上一杯鸡尾酒,简单又营养的晚餐就完成了。
