金枪鱼什锦沙拉
今天做一款西式开胃美食,叫做“金枪鱼什锦沙拉”。现在大型超市有“金枪鱼罐头”出售,其中有油浸的、水浸的还有蛋黄酱和鱼肉混合的罐头,每种口味都很不错,今天就用“蛋黄酱金枪鱼罐头”制作这款沙拉。具体做法如下;

  • 蛋黄酱金枪鱼罐头一罐(180克)
  • 斜管意面120克
  • 鲜芦笋120克
  • 大蒜15克
  • 熟腰果碎25克
  • 水煮蛋100克
  • 3克
  • 橄榄油20克

Steps to make 金枪鱼什锦沙拉

  • 1.蛋黄酱金枪鱼罐头一罐、斜管意面、红绿黄彩椒、鲜芦笋、大蒜、盐、柠檬汁、黑胡椒碎、橄榄油、熟腰果碎、水煮蛋。
  • 2.先把大蒜切末。
  • 3.然后锅中注入橄榄油下入蒜末炒香晾凉备用。
  • 4.另起汤锅注入清水,里面撒少许盐。
  • 5.水开下入斜管面煮大约10分钟。
  • 6.把晾凉的蒜油倒入沙拉盆中备用。
  • 7.把斜管面煮到稍微柔软后下入芦笋煮一分钟。
  • 8.芦笋煮一分钟后下入彩椒。
  • 9.下入彩椒稍烫立即捞出。
  • 10.把煮好的食材倒入沙拉盆中同蒜油拌匀。
  • 11.然后再撒少许盐拌匀。
  • 12.往沙拉盆中滴几滴柠檬汁。
  • 13.再撒适量的黑胡椒碎拌匀。
  • 14.把熟腰果用刀拍碎。
  • 15.把拍碎的腰果放入盆中拌匀。
  • 16.把蛋黄金枪鱼罐头启开。
  • 17.把金枪鱼蛋黄酱罐头倒入沙拉盆中拌匀。
  • 18.把拌好的沙拉码盘,码盘后用两枚水煮蛋稍事点缀便可上桌食用。
