Steps to make 蜜汁叉烧鸡翅

  • 1.鸡翅中洗净后, 用叉子将鸡翅正反面叉几下以便入味。
  • 2.2勺叉烧酱、1勺海鲜酱、蒜拍小粒放入鸡翅。
  • 3.反复抓匀后, 放入冰箱保存数小时或者一夜。
  • 4.腌好以后把鸡翅反面朝上摆入烤盘锡纸上,烤箱预热220度, 中层上下火烤十五分钟。(碰巧家里锡纸用完了, 我直接摆在烤盘上了。)
  • 5.腌的料汁过滤掉蒜粒,取一小勺加入蜂蜜调匀。
  • 6.十五分钟后取出鸡翅翻面,刷上蜂蜜料汁, 再烤十分钟就好了。
