Steps to make 茄汁披萨

  • 1.用面粉和酵母和成光滑的面团
  • 2.放在温暖处进行发酵,大概发酵成两倍
  • 3.发酵好,把面团擀成披萨盘形状的饼
  • 4.铺在披萨盘上,用叉子叉上孔,静放一会儿
  • 5.将红果家茄汁面酱均匀的抹在披萨饼上,加入自己喜欢的蔬菜,青椒,火腿,洋葱,让后撒上一层马苏里拉芝士
  • 6.放到烤箱中开始烤制,上下火180度,烤制15分钟,即可享受美食
