    Steps to make 青花椒酸菜鱼

    • 1.将鱼切薄片放入器皿中,将料酒食盐淀粉胡椒粉放入鱼肉均匀拌好,腌制十分钟
    • 2.青花椒适量,干辣椒切段
    • 3.大葱切段,大蒜切片,酸菜切成段
    • 4.锅里入油,烧热,下入青花椒,大葱爆香
    • 5.加入酸菜翻炒
    • 6.加入清水或骨汤。烧开后加入盐,胡椒粉熬煮约15分钟
    • 7.倒入腌制好的鱼片入锅煮熟,尽量不翻动,烧开后,小火稍煮片刻
    • 8.鱼片煮好之后,用漏勺捞出来放在碗里
    • 9.把热油淋在上面即可
