好久没做蛋糕了,最近大家都在做戚风,我也手痒痒来凑个热闹。今天做了个六寸的酸奶戚风。

  • 玉米油20克

Steps to make 酸奶戚风

  • 1.酸奶、玉米油和少许盐搅拌均匀。
  • 2.加入蛋黄搅拌至乳化状态。
  • 3.筛入低筋面粉,搅拌均匀成蛋黄糊。
  • 4.糖分三次加入,将蛋白打发到提起打蛋器出现直立的小尖角。
  • 5.取一小部分蛋白霜放进蛋黄糊里,快速翻拌均匀。
  • 6.把翻拌均匀的蛋黄糊倒回蛋白盆中。
  • 7.再翻拌均匀成细腻的蛋糕糊。
  • 8.倒入模具,再轻震几下送入烤箱,放中下层140度,上下火烤50分钟。
  • 9.蛋糕出炉后摔一下,立刻倒扣。
