  • 1.一条鲈鱼处理干净备用。
  • 2.韭薹和洋葱洗净备用。
  • 3.鲈鱼从中间切开,鱼身打十字刀便于入味。
  • 4.放入盐,蒜末,韩式辣酱,五香粉,姜粉,酱油,辣椒粉和白酒。
  • 5.抓匀腌制半个小时,用油锁住水分。
  • 6.韭薹和洋葱分别改刀装盘。
  • 7.烤箱预热,烤盘铺入锡纸放入腌好的鱼。
  • 8.撒入洋葱丝和韭薹短。
  • 9.与放入烤箱,185度上下烤二十五分钟左右。
  • 10.鱼八成熟撒入辣椒粉和孜然粉继续烤五分钟左右。
