    Steps to make 韩式炒杂菜

    • 1.主料:韩国粉条配料:胡萝卜、青椒、洋葱、火腿、木耳、香菇、鸡蛋、炒熟的白芝麻调料:盐、鱼酿酱油、糖、香油
    • 2.粉条入温水开泡软备用;
    • 3.胡萝卜、青椒、洋葱、火腿、木耳、香菇切丝备用;
    • 4.鸡蛋白和鸡蛋黄平底锅分别煎成鸡蛋饼,并切丝备用
    • 5.锅中放油,将洋葱丝和胡萝卜丝先入锅煸炒;
    • 6.然后再将青椒、火腿、木耳、香菇入锅炒制;烹入鱼酿酱油继续炒制;
    • 7.将泡好的粉条入锅炒制,加入盐、糖;出锅前淋入少许香油和白芝麻即可。
