旺仔小馒头

Steps to make 旺仔小馒头

  • 1.准备好需要的食材。
  • 2.把金龙鱼低筋面粉、玉米淀粉、奶粉和泡打粉混合。
  • 3.黄油切块软化后加糖粉,用刮刀拌匀。
  • 4.分两次倒入鸡蛋液,用手动打蛋器搅匀。
  • 5.倒入蜂蜜,继续拌匀。
  • 6.筛入低筋面粉、玉米淀粉、奶粉和泡打粉。
  • 7.用手揉成光滑的面团,无需过度揉搓。
  • 8.分成若干个小剂子,挨个搓圆放入垫有油纸的烤盘上,比黄豆粒稍微大一点,约1~2克均可。
  • 9.入预热好的烤箱中,上下火160度,烤12分钟,温度和时间依各自烤箱情况调整,最后3分钟注意观察小馒头表面上色情况,烤至表面微黄即可出炉。
