  • 1.准备配料,辣椒,大蒜,韩式辣酱。
  • 2.花甲中加入一勺盐,几滴油,用水浸泡1个小时。
  • 3.干辣椒切段,大蒜切碎,香葱切段。
  • 4.浸泡好的花甲清洗几遍,锅中放清水,放入花甲,加1勺料酒去腥。
  • 5.花甲开口关火捞出来。
  • 6.再清洗两遍控水备用。
  • 7.锅中放油,加蒜末和辣椒炸出香味。
  • 8.倒入花甲翻炒,加2-3勺辣椒酱。
  • 9.放适量的水,加盐,白糖调味,大火收。
  • 10.出锅前放葱段翻炒几下关火。
