Steps to make 韩式炒年糕

  • 1.先买一包办成品,韩式炒年糕,本人非常喜欢吃。
  • 2.年糕里面有年糕条,和一包甜辣酱,酱是辣的,如果给孩子吃,不能接受的可以换番茄酱或者其实喜欢的口味,年糕口感很好。
  • 3.将年糕条冷水下锅煮3-5分钟至年糕条变软后,倒掉多于得水,留下适量的水(年糕不粘锅为宜) 下列图片是之前做的。
  • 4.加入年糕酱与配菜,用小火翻炒1-2分钟(建议配菜:黄瓜、香菜、胡萝卜、青椒、葱花等)。
  • 5.收汁盛盘即可。
