陈皮绿豆鸽子汤
虽然已经进入了九月份,但广东天气依然炎热,有30多度的高温天气。孩子在上个月底就已经进入了高中部学习,高中的学习和生活不同于初中,节奏更紧凑、紧张。六点就要起床,晚上自修完十一点才睡觉。一个星期才回来一天半,虽然学校的伙食还不错,但是孩子挑的很多香口上火的菜肴,汤水也少了,回来满额头的痘痘。
绿豆能清热解毒、止渴利尿,不但能补充水分,还能及时补充无机盐,对维持水液电解质平衡有着重要的意义。绿豆有抗菌抑菌作用,对皮肤排毒有一定的食疗作用。鸽肉易于消化,具有滋补益气、祛风解毒的功效。
因为孩子很喜欢吃鸽肉,所以我一般会买三只鸽子,将鸽腿都斩下来另外蒸着吃,其他部分就用来煲汤。

Steps to make 陈皮绿豆鸽子汤

  • 1.绿豆提前几个小时浸泡
  • 2.鸽斩好
  • 3.锅里的水烧开后,鸽肉与瘦肉一起放进锅里焯水,祛除血腥味
  • 4.再用流动的清水冲一下
  • 5.瓦锅里装入清水、绿豆、鸽肉、瘦肉和陈皮
  • 6.煲1个小时
  • 7.最后加盐调味即可
