Steps to make 炼乳红薯糯米糍

  • 1.准备好食材
  • 2.碗里倒入炼乳再倒入白糖
  • 3.然后加入水搅拌均匀
  • 4.倒入过筛好的糯米粉和淀粉
  • 5.搅拌好放入锅里蒸15分钟至熟透
  • 6.红薯是先用锅蒸熟然后压碎搓成圆型(也可切成小块)
  • 7.用保鲜膜拿住抓适量蒸好的糯米粉用手压成圆行
  • 8.把红薯馅放在上面用手向对方挤扰再搓成圆行
  • 9.然后放在椰蓉里面打个滚,均匀地粘上椰蓉完成
