【鱿鱼龙骨汤】--- 冬日里那些温补的汁水
天冷了,我几乎每天都要做汤,哪怕没有时间细火慢炖,也要做个简单的。这样吃起饭来才暖活,一家人围坐着桌子,感觉好温暖。

这次的汤是用鱿鱼干和龙骨一起炖的,有鱿鱼的鲜美,有龙骨的清香。还搭配了干香菇,色彩淡淡的,汤汁清清的,味道醇醇的。

Steps to make 【鱿鱼龙骨汤】--- 冬日里那些温补的汁水

  • 1.原料图:龙骨、鱿鱼干(水发)、香菇(水发)、葱、姜。
  • 2.汤锅里加入适量水,放入少许拍碎的姜片、葱白段和龙骨,烧开后调入1/2汤勺的料酒,再次煮开,焯去血水,用温水洗净。
  • 3.鱿鱼干切成大小适合的块。
  • 4.砂锅里加入适量水,放入焯水洗净后的龙骨,另外加入2片姜和2根葱白。
  • 5.下入香菇和鱿鱼干。
  • 6.盖上盖子大火烧开转中小火炖1小时左右。
  • 7.加入枸杞,调入盐,拌匀。
  • 8.再煮约10分钟,撒入葱段即可。
