Steps to make 老式鸡蛋糕

  • 1.盆中加入三个整鸡蛋,加入绵白糖,蜂蜜,用打蛋器打发。
  • 2.先用底档搅拌至颜色变浅时,调到中档再搅拌,大概10分钟。
  • 3.把蛋液搅拌至提起搅拌器,蛋液轨迹不立马恢复。
  • 4.然后分两次筛入低筋面粉,快速搅拌均匀。
  • 5.把蛋液倒入蛋糕纸里,表面撒上白芝麻,烤箱预热,上下管,180度,烤20分钟。
  • 6.成品。
