Steps to make 巧克力小贝

  • 1.玉米油40g+可可粉15g混合均匀。
  • 2.+牛奶60g搅拌至充分融合。
  • 3.+低筋粉35g搅拌至无干粉。
  • 4.+四个蛋黄混合均匀。
  • 5.烤箱预热,5个蛋清+柠檬汁+分三次加30g糖,打至小弯钩,蛋白和可可粉面糊轻轻翻拌均匀。
  • 6.倒入铺了油纸的模具,170度上下火烤28分钟。
  • 7.20g黑巧+20g淡奶油隔热水溶化,冷藏降温。
  • 8.蛋糕烤好取出震出热气,盖油纸放置冷却。
  • 9.淡奶油200g+糖20g打到纹路明显,倒入巧克力奶油糊打匀。
  • 10.蛋糕正面朝上,一侧斜45度角切掉,薄涂一层巧克力奶油。
  • 11.卷起来。
  • 12.切掉不整齐的两边。
  • 13.切成五份。
  • 14.每个中间切一刀但不要切断。
  • 15.挤奶油。
  • 16.抹平,抹匀表面。
  • 17.中间放一层巧克力脆珠。
  • 18.洒可可粉。
  • 19.成品图。
  • 20.真香。
