素馅也好吃——包菜粉条水煎包
水煎包,怎么吃都吃不够。以至于已经尝试过N种馅包制的水煎包了。
今天上的是一款白菜粉条馅的,虽然没有什么特别的用料,但是,味道依然是没得说的!

Steps to make 素馅也好吃——包菜粉条水煎包

  • 1.干酵母加入温水中,搅拌至完全融化。
  • 2.化好的酵母水倒入面粉中,和成面团,进行发酵至两倍大。
  • 3.发酵过程中开始制作包子馅。包菜切碎末。
  • 4.粉条用开水泡软,捞出切小。
  • 5.葱切碎,与包菜、粉条装在同一个容器中。
  • 6.加适量盐。
  • 7.加适量十三香调料。
  • 8.加适量蚝油。
  • 9.炒锅热油,至冒大烟时用铲子淋入馅料中。
  • 10.加少量鸡精。搅拌均匀,包子馅就拌好了。
  • 11.面团发酵后,取一小块,用力揉搓几分钟后,揉成长条,切成小剂子。
  • 12.剂子用手掌压扁,擀薄。
  • 13.包制成型。
  • 14.包好所有的包子后,再次发酵半小时。炒锅放少量底油,稍热后把包子放入。
  • 15.底面煎上色后,加水,至包子半腰高,加盖,中火,直至汤汁收干。
