香酥榴莲包
榴莲包子,好吃的忍不住口,芳香的榴莲,清甜细腻,Q韧的面皮。由于榴莲糖份太高,所以糖尿病、心脏病和高胆固醇患者慎食

Steps to make 香酥榴莲包

  • 1.榴莲肉300克,面粉250克,糯米粉50克,安琪发酵粉2克,温水130克,白糖适量。
  • 2.榴莲取肉去核
  • 3.放些白糖 和少量糯米粉用勺子压搅成蓉,放冰箱保存
  • 4.面粉、糯米粉、糖、盐,安琪酵母混合好,130毫升温水分次加入面粉中和面
  • 5.面团揉至没有粗粒 均匀即可几分钟可以揉好
  • 6.放在盘中,坐进锅里,盖上锅盖我只是贪图方便,不占地方,不是一定要放锅里的
  • 7.发酵好的面团,天气热加上放锅里盖严实了,1小时就发酵好
  • 8.发酵好的面团取出来再揉实排气
  • 9.然后揉成长条形
  • 10.切对等分量
  • 11.取一小面团按扁摊开
  • 12.放些榴莲馅
  • 13.折边包起来
  • 14.折好边包起的包子放在面粉上面磨下 这样封口会牢实些
  • 15.包子放在蒸架上静置15分钟 等待二次发酵
  • 16.然后盖上锅盖大火蒸15分钟,蒸15分钟关火 但不要马上揭锅盖,虚火5分钟
  • 17.又香又甜的榴莲包子
