红糖燕麦核桃面包

Steps to make 红糖燕麦核桃面包

  • 1.将水、红糖、鸡蛋、酵母放入面包桶、搅拌一分钟,静置2分钟,然后放入冷却的汤种、高粉、黑麦粉搅拌一分钟后,再加入切碎的核桃仁、燕麦、盐,揉20分钟后再加入黄油揉20分钟。将面包桶取出,上面盖湿布,室温发酵大约一个半小时,发酵至2.5倍大左右,取出,排气,分割成两份,醒10分钟。
