香葱火腿肉松卷

  • 黄油30g
  • 3g(1/2小勺)
  • 45g
  • 高筋面粉300g
  • 酵母粉3g(1小勺)

Steps to make 香葱火腿肉松卷

  • 1.把制作面包体的材料加入面包桶里,用面包机的发面功能将面团揉好并发酵至刚揉好的两倍大。
  • 2.取出发酵好的面团,在烤盘上用擀面杖均匀的擀开,均匀的铺满烤盘。
  • 3.在擀好的面胚上均匀的挫上细孔,防止烘烤时膨胀过高。
  • 4.放入烤箱选发酵功能进行最后发酵,时间45分钟。
  • 5.取出发酵好的面胚,均匀的涂上一层鸡蛋液,并撒上白芝麻。
  • 6.再均匀的撒上一层火腿粒,鲜香葱碎,最后挤上一层沙拉酱。
  • 7.放进180预热好的烤箱中层,上火180度,下火170,烤20分钟。
  • 8.烘烤20分钟后,面包表面均匀的金黄色即可出炉。
  • 9.待出炉面包体冷却后,反扣在案板上,从中间切开,并在表面上抹一层沙拉酱。
  • 10.把抹好沙拉酱的面包对折好,切成成8~10厘米成的面包块。
  • 11.在面包卷的两头抹适量的沙拉酱。
  • 12.两头粘上一层肉松;香葱火腿肉松卷就做好了!
