膏蟹炒韩国年糕

    Steps to make 膏蟹炒韩国年糕

    • 1.韩国年糕段,水冲洗下沥干
    • 2.葱白及葱段分开,姜丝
    • 3.螃蟹斩件,去掉里面不能吃的杂质(上右角那些)
    • 4.撒点淀粉(起到膏不外流)
    • 5.年糕用油稍炸下(捞起沥干油), 作用是炒的时候不会沾锅底,又有脆感, 其次是炸后的年糕有很多小气孔,炒时更容易入味.
    • 6.油锅下螃蟹翻炒炒
    • 7.加入姜丝及葱头段部分.继续翻炒
    • 8.加入炸好的年糕.接着翻炒
    • 9.同时加点胡椒粉及盐
    • 10.最后加入葱段,翻翻就可以了.(因为葱炒久有臭味,一般都留到最后加)
