周末去超市囤货的时候,见到2个大妈有讨论这个卤料包挺不错滴
我又忍不住了,买了料包我又想起以前单位后面的那个卤鸭翅膀

  • 1.准备好材料(我还放了一个鸭胗一起卤,明天的早餐~)
  • 2.锅里放水,放入鸭翅膀焯水
  • 3.炒锅里放入适量油,烧热后下姜片爆香
  • 4.加入食材
  • 5.放入料酒
  • 6.放入生抽
  • 7.放入老抽和适量盐
  • 8.翻炒上色
  • 9.加水没过食材
  • 10.放入卤料包和葱
  • 11.盖上盖子,中小火卤煮约20分钟
  • 12.出锅前收汁(鸭胗卤了15分钟就已经捞出来了)
  • 13.装盘,好好吃~
