  • 1.准备各种材料
  • 2.将黄油室温软化到能用手指轻易戳洞的程度,然后加入细砂糖用电动打蛋器低速打至颜色发白
  • 3.分两次加入蛋液 并时不时用刮刀把溅到打蛋盆边的黄油刮干净
  • 4.每次都要打到黄油和蛋液完全融合再加入剩下的蛋液 打好的黄油色泽浅白 如羽毛般蓬松
  • 5.筛入低筋面粉和泡打粉 用刮刀拌至看不到干粉

  • 7.拌至看不到干粉就行 切勿搅拌过度然后放到冰箱冷藏20分钟(冬天的话无需冷藏)
