波士顿奶油派
这个蛋糕,不用抹面,外表简单干净。又能吃到可口的奶油,真的很简单很可口!

  • 白砂糖10+30g
  • 低粉60g
  • 色拉油30ml
  • 鲜牛奶30ml
  • 淡奶油200ml
  • 糖粉10g

Steps to make 波士顿奶油派

  • 1.准备好食材
  • 2.分离出蛋黄与蛋白,蛋黄加入10g砂糖搅打至糖融化
  • 3.加入牛奶拌均匀
  • 4.加入色拉油拌均匀
  • 5.加入过筛的低筋面粉
  • 6.轻轻拌至无干粉的面糊状态
  • 7.蛋白装在无油无水的深盆内,分3次加入30g白砂糖,用电动打蛋器打至硬性发泡
  • 8.预热烤箱170度,蛋白霜与蛋黄糊分3次,用刮刀上下翻拌均匀
  • 9.倒入模子里(我用9寸深PIZZA盘),轻震一下气泡
  • 10.放入预热好的烤箱,175度,中层,25—30分钟左右
  • 11.淡奶油加糖粉打8分发
  • 12.烤好的蛋糕取出倒扣放凉后从中间片成2块
  • 13.蛋糕体抹上一层奶油,中间多抹一些(我不想吃太多奶油,所以量少),夹上水果或挤上果酱(挤了蓝莓酱)
  • 14.盖上另一片蛋糕,轻轻按压使之贴合,放入冰箱冷藏1小时左右定型
  • 15.取出表面筛适量糖粉,就可以开切了~~
