  • 鸡蛋3个
  • 牛奶30克
  • 黄油25克
  • 白糖30克
  • 泡打粉1/2勺

Steps to make 南瓜海绵蛋糕

  • 1.南瓜去皮,洗干净,切块,蒸熟,放凉,料理机绞碎;
  • 2.蛋糕粉和泡打粉拌均,过刷;
  • 3.黄油室温软化和牛奶拌均;
  • 4.全鸡蛋,加入白糖;
  • 5.鸡蛋打发,打到变白色,提起打蛋器有细纹不会马上消失;PS:如果鸡蛋从冰箱拿出,应该放凉再打,冬天应该隔温水打发。
  • 6.打发的蛋液,加入过筛拌均的蛋糕粉和泡打粉,拌均;
  • 7.加入南瓜泥拌均;
  • 8.加入拌均的黄油牛奶,继续拌均;
  • 9.全部拌均好浆糊,倒入模具中;PS:我用的不同模型,有大有小,因为小朋友喜欢吃小的。
  • 10.烤箱预热180度,烤25分钟;
